How does the contact form work?

When you submit the form, your name, email address, company, area of interest, project stage, and message are sent to the server behind valnox.ai. The server does not store them in a database; it forwards them by email to info@valnox.ai so we can evaluate and answer your inquiry, using your address as the reply-to.

Before the message is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a bot check that sends your IP address and a verification token to Cloudflare. The email itself is delivered through Resend.

Collection method and legal basis

Personal data is collected directly from you, electronically, only when you fill in and submit the form. The checkbox is an acknowledgement that you have read this notice and understand the flow; it is not a request for explicit consent.

Depending on the nature of the inquiry, processing relies on the applicable conditions under Article 5 of Türkiye's Law No. 6698: necessity for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or Valnox's legitimate interests where your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. This notice is limited to the contact flow and does not claim general compliance beyond it.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party analytics cookies (_ga and cookies beginning with _ga_) in your browser. What we measure: the pages you view, the source that brought you to the site, approximate location at country or city level, device and browser details, and an event marking a successful contact-form submission. Google processes this data. It is not used for advertising or remarketing and is not shared with ad networks.

Alongside it, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and page speed without using cookies. The contact page runs a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check, which uses its own technical token.

If you would rather not be measured, you can block these cookies in your browser settings or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works normally either way. Hosting and security infrastructure may also automatically process limited technical records such as IP address, timestamp, and request details to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues. This processing relies on the legitimate interest in service security where your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Sharing and retention

Your form content is processed by Cloudflare, which runs the site infrastructure, and by Resend, which delivers the email; measurement data is processed by Google. These providers may host servers outside Türkiye. Information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Email content is retained only as long as needed for the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, then only as required by law or legitimate record-keeping needs. Retention of technical logs is governed by the service-security settings of the hosting and security provider.

You may ask whether your personal data is processed and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable under Turkish data protection law. Send requests to info@valnox.ai. We may request only the additional information necessary to verify the request.
